Wood, Firewood To Be Provided
24. Wood, firewood to be provided :
(1) If the local person desiring to take (obtain) wood, firewood for making or repairing the house has paid
the required fee, as pursuant to the prevailing Rules on sales of forest products, the warden may provide a slip (Purji) to such person as prescribed in Schedule – 5 by allowing to obtain wood / firewood.
(2) The wood / firewood as according to the slip (Purji) provided as pursuant to Sub-rule (1), shall be obtained from the area prescribed on that slip (Purji).
